Introducing Idelica 

If you are considering Paella Catering for your party or event in Hampshire or Dorset, you probably want to give your guests more than just delicious, nourishing, freshly cooked hot food. You probably want to get them excited by the spectacle of the paella being cooked before their eyes, to be stimulated by the aromas, to savour the moment when it’s ready to serve, and to really appreciate the lengths you have gone to in catering for them.

We offer a choice between our standard ‘fiesta’ portion or our extra-large ‘feast’ portion catering, for such delights as our festival classic the ‘chicken and chorizo’ paella, a lush seafood paella or a vegetarian paella. We suggest ingredients for our paellas but we are open to alternatives and will give the best price we can if you want something a bit unusual - as long as we agree it will work! In all cases we provide generous and nourishing portions using all the wholesome, natural and authentic ingredients that sourced from Spain and locally, cooked to my delicious Spanish family recipe and served with great pride, passion and professionalism.
