Diana Saxby is a trained Independent Marriage and Family Civil Celebrant, registered with the AOIC, the Association of Independent Celebrants. She is an open-minded and forward thinking celebrant, recognised for her sincerity, warmth, natural sense of order, precision, attention to detail and calm nature.
As one of the South’s leading Celebrants, Diana is in great demand for her bespoke romantic and elegant ceremonies, tailored for each individual couple. She can write beautiful vows for you or will encourage you to write your own and will design and write a personal script of the ceremony which is yours to own and keep afterwards. She will include religious or spiritual readings and music of your choice or non-religious ones. Her ultimate aim is to make your wedding day dreams come true and include everything YOU want. She will not dictate what you can have or limit your choices.
Diana has conducted wedding ceremonies in beautiful and unusual settings, such as outdoors in the secret garden of a moated medieval manor house, a Jane Austen style wedding on the secluded shores of Poole Harbour, and more recently she conducted the first ever beach wedding on the exclusive Sandbanks peninsula. She also conducts weddings outside the usual hours so it really is possible to be married at sunrise or sunset or even under a moonlit, starry sky!
Diana is a Preferred Supplier to some of the most exclusive venues in the UK, some of which are privately owned but are available for private hire for elite and exclusive weddings if conducted by her. Grace The Day's service includes choreographing the bridal entrance and the ceremony, the rehearsal, as many face-to-face meetings as you need beforehand and Diana is always contactable by email and phone for advice and guidance. As a trained Family Celebrant, Diana also conducts Baby Naming, Renewal of Vows and occasional funeral ceremonies.
